Printer Features
Ricoh multi-function devices can print, copy, and scan. Papercut allows users to聽print from mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Chromebooks) and offers robust scanning digitization features. The tap to print on public devices聽maintains Oxy's commitment to reducing paper waste from printing jobs that were sent in error.聽
Technical Support:
If you have problems printing from your computer to one of the multifunction devices or network printers, contact the Technology Helpdesk at helpdesk@oxy.edu) or 323-259-2880. ITS will troubleshoot the issues, and handle the transition to the on-campus聽Document Output & Creative Services (DOCS)聽technician if needed.

Supplies for multifunction devices:
If you need supplies (toner, paper, staples, etc.), contact聽Document Output & Creative Services (DOCS)聽(323-259-2585 or docs@oxy.edu), located in AGC 120. DOCS has two technicians on campus who will regularly check printers and copiers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure adequate levels of supplies and perform routine maintenance.
Training for multifunction devices:
If you would like training for the聽multifunction devices聽contact Nicole Placensia in the Business Office (nplacensia@oxy.edu, 323-259-2660). She will work with聽Ricoh to arrange for a training session for you or your department. You can also learn more about how to use the multi-function devices.
